We work with machines adapted to thin-walled tub moulding (less raw material and faster injection).
Moulds of 2 to 6 tubs and different styles (with foot, colour, frost, fluting, etc.)

THERMOFORMING TECHNOLOGY



Thermoforming equipment uses different types of laminar material produced by the Lamination Division of the group, and allows great flexibility according to the customer’s order.

- Continuous extrusion for long series.
- Use of laminates from 200 to 2000 kg.
- Moulds of four to forty cavities.

PRINTING TECHNOLOGY



We are able to print all the packages that we produce.
We have machines available with the latest technology that allows printing of optimum quality with increased production.
Even when the maximum amount of colors per tub is 8, color mix crn be made to achieve more than 8 colors.
