The Flexible Packaging Division of the COEXPAN-NET Group is specialized in lamination and gravure printing of lids, sidewalls (banderols) and flexible packaging for the food industry.
For packing of yoghurts and milk-based desserts with the form-fill-seal process, as well as polystyrene rolls, rolls of lids and sidewalls (banderols) are used.
lids consist of a complex made of paper, polyester (metallized or unmetallized) and heat-fixable lacquer. The sidewall (banderol) consists of paper of various thicknesses and on the back has different kinds of applications: adhesives, heat-fixed lacquers or hot-melt.
In addition to these products, the flexible materials division (Emsur) produces various types of films for packaging confectionery, food and cosmetic products etc. For which all possible combinations of PP/PVC/PET/PE are employed.
The flexible materials division has two plants in Europe and one in North America and exports throughout the world, with its main customers in the dairy sector.
