Technology
The
Flexibles Division has very-high-speed printers for indelible and multi-colour
printing, using the gravure system. It also has laminators with the application
of adhesives, with or without solvents, allowing an "Empack"
complex material for lids to be produced with simultaneous printing.
LACQUERING AND ROLLING
We have developed all kinds of lacquers which can be heat welded to the
base, whether PS, PP, PET, PETG or PVC. We can also sheet roll without
solvents. In fact, we are developing new, water-based drying and lacquering
systems in order to improve consideration for the environment and anticipate
the legislation of 2007, which will restrict the use of solvents.
PRINTING
The
gravure process gives excellent print quality.
